About the role
The Commission Sales Agent will drive field sales for M‑Gas in the Nakuru East area, promoting clean cooking gas solutions to residential customers. This full‑time position focuses on generating leads, converting them into sales, and ensuring successful installations.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and generate new customer leads through market research and field activities.
- Engage prospects, present product benefits, and negotiate terms to close sales.
- Coordinate with installation teams to schedule and oversee gas deliveries.
- Achieve weekly sales targets and report performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales or customer‑facing roles, preferably field (B2C) sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and comfortable working on a commission‑based structure.
- Diploma or associate degree.
