Conseiller Commercial – H/F

About the role

The Commercial Advisor will work in Groupama's Méru agency, providing insurance solutions to private customers. This full‑time permanent position involves building and maintaining a portfolio of roughly 1,000 individuals, offering products such as auto, home, health, and credit insurance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and retain a portfolio of about 1,000 private clients.
• Advise customers and sell insurance products (auto, home, health, life, credit).
• Conduct prospecting activities and manage appointments in‑agency, via video call, or on‑site.
• Participate in team commercial actions and meet weekly targets (14 sales meetings and 25 quotes).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s level (Bac+2) with at least one successful commercial experience.
• Organised, autonomous, customer‑focused and motivated by challenges.
• Curious, ambitious and comfortable working in a team environment.
