Construction Project Manager

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Construction Project Manager based in the Industrial Area. The role covers construction and fit-out projects from start to completion, coordinating contractors, subcontractors and consultants while ensuring quality, compliance and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee construction and fit-out projects, developing and monitoring schedules, work plans, resources and milestones.
• Work with CAD drawings, architectural plans and specifications, and resolve technical discrepancies and design changes.
• Monitor daily site activities and progress, inspect workmanship and materials, and recommend corrective action for delays or risks.
• Ensure works meet quality standards and comply with construction, health and safety requirements and regulations.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers, and take part in site and progress meetings.
• Maintain project records, prepare progress reports and track milestones to practical completion and handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in construction and/or project management, preferably with hands-on site experience.
• Proven experience managing construction or fit-out projects from planning through completion.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management.
• Understanding of construction drawings, CAD drawings and technical documentation.
• Project scheduling, timelines and resource coordination.
• Quality control, problem solving and site supervision.
