Consultant, Head, Strategic Delivery SET

About the role

This position sits at the intersection of strategy, operations and program delivery, shaping an agile way of working across the Secondary Education & Transition (SET) portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Delivery, you will partner with senior leaders to embed systems, processes and culture that enable SET’s ambitious mandate.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives from concept through execution.
• Provide structure to ambiguous problems, accelerate results and ensure impact.
• Design and implement delivery frameworks, governance and performance metrics.
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders and enterprise stakeholders to align delivery with strategic objectives.
• Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement across the SET function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 12+ years of professional experience with leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong background in project delivery, strategic planning, operational excellence or management consulting.
• Proven track record of leading complex initiatives involving multiple dependencies.
• Experience in education, development or social‑impact sectors is advantageous.
