Content Creator (TikTok, Instagram & YouTube)

About the role

Inceptor Technologies is looking for a Content Creator to make fun, relevant and engaging content for its social media channels. Working with the Digital Media Manager, you will create original premium videos, graphics and documents, manage posts, build the online community and boost engagement. The main focus is video content for TikTok, which may be repurposed for Facebook and Instagram. The role is mostly remote but hybrid, with 1 to 2 days a week on site in Nairobi.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and post premium content that matches the brand's vision, style and messaging
• Create content that can be repurposed on other platforms such as Instagram and X
• Respond to comments and messages to keep the community positive and interactive
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule to grow the social media presence and engagement

Required profile

• Diploma or ongoing university student; entry level
• Good number of relevant audiences on your own TikTok or Instagram
• Proven experience creating engaging content on TikTok or similar platforms
• Excellent video editing skills, able to produce high-quality content with a smartphone
• Familiarity with social media analytics and the ability to adjust strategy based on performance data
• Good English and strong communication skills
• Able to work virtually and easily reach the Nairobi office
