Content Strategist – Program Lead

About the role

We’re looking for a Content Strategist (Program Lead) to join the Simple Move team. In this role you will shape the structure, flow, and quality of our movement programs, turning user needs, product goals, expert input, and performance insights into engaging guided experiences that keep people motivated and build lasting habits.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the LTV product manager on renewal cycles, understanding hypotheses behind CR, retention, or renewal bets and building them into programs.
• Own program quality by deciding principles, concepts, and exercise sets that drive conversion, retention, and renewal.
• Translate hypotheses into ready‑to‑test workout experiments, selecting exercises, defining order, duration, progression, and generating supporting assets with AI tools.
• Build new programs and improve existing ones using competitor analysis, YouTube performance, and seasonal trends, then load them into the CMS on schedule.
• Collaborate with medical/fitness experts for safety review and track program performance against CR, retention, and renewal targets.

Required profile

• Treat activation, retention, and LTV as a single funnel and partner with product and content leads on strategy.
• Experience building or improving structured programs, curricula, or content journeys in digital consumer products such as fitness, wellness, habit formation, or education.
• Set KPIs, analyse engagement and retention data, and turn insights into concrete content decisions.
• Work fast and autonomously, bringing drafts and hypotheses without waiting for full specifications.
• Comfortable using AI tools to structure, generate, and scale program content.
