About the role
Karooooo Kenya is seeking dynamic Corporate Sales Associates to generate new business, nurture client relationships, and promote our fleet tracking and management solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for business customers, delivering product information, handling inquiries, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, lead follow‑up, and referrals.
- Provide product information and advice to customers via phone, email, letter, and face‑to‑face meetings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily activities to the manager.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and correspondence.
- Analyse data to assess customer satisfaction and identify improvement areas.
- Deliver presentations and product training to business sources and clients.
- Undertake marketing and brand‑awareness activities.
- Administer commissions payable to business sources and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B or corporate sales experience.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on customer relations.
- Target‑driven mindset with proven ability to develop new business.
- High emotional intelligence and strong negotiation skills.
Required skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using CRM systems.
