CRRD Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team in Nairobi, supporting the CRRD program. The role involves turning complex data from multiple systems into actionable insights that drive program and strategy decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Power BI or Tableau, drawing data from systems such as Integra, OTIS, Salesforce, and PID.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns and provide recommendations for global program strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including programs, fundraising, marketing and finance—to ensure data meets stakeholder needs.
• Identify and implement process improvements for data collection and reporting, enhancing accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay updated on emerging analytics tools and share best practices with the analytics community.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in data analytics.
• At least 2 years of experience in international humanitarian aid or development.
• Proven ability to plan and execute complex analytics projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and communication skills.
