Customer Care Representative – Mombasa

About the role

iClear Wellife Service Limited is expanding its operations to Mombasa and is looking for a motivated Customer Care Representative to join the new branch. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them choose the right water purification solutions while supporting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers with professionalism and warmth.
• Promote and sell iClear water purification products to meet defined sales goals.
• Build lasting relationships through follow‑ups and after‑sales support.
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support branch marketing activations and community engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer care records.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Service or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer care and sales; experience in water or home‑appliance products is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and target‑driven.
