About the role
Influx is looking for a detail‑oriented Customer Service Agent to join its global team. You will provide on‑demand support to customers of brands and tech companies across the USA, EU and other regions, working remotely from Kenya.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone, email, and chat interactions.
- Maintain strict call‑handling KPIs while delivering a positive customer journey.
- Stay up‑to‑date with client processes, guidelines, and policy changes.
- Liaise with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Communicate clearly and positively with peers, managers, and customers.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust through open communication.
- Achieve performance targets for call handling, email, chat, CSAT and QA.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of proven customer support or call‑center experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English with clear pronunciation.
- Strong problem‑solving, negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Willingness to work a rotating 24/7 roster, including weekends.
- Empathetic, self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and meet KPI targets.
