About the role

You will support customers through chat and phone, assisting with orders, products, purchases, and general inquiries while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Required profile

• C1 English proficiency.
• 8 months to 1 year of call‑center experience.
• Strong multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Full availability for rotating shifts.
