About the role

You will support customers through chat and phone, assisting with orders, products, purchases, and general inquiries while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Provide support to customers via chat and phone.
Assist with orders, product information, purchases, and general inquiries.

Required profile

C1 English proficiency.
8 months to 1 year of call‑center experience.
Strong multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
Full availability for rotating shifts.
