Customer Success Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to own the end‑to‑end experience of Stockflow’s shop‑owner customers. You will guide new users from sign‑up through activation, ensuring they become loyal, paying subscribers.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new shop owners, demonstrating the Stockflow app and its features.
• Monitor trial usage, follow up promptly, and convert free trials into paid subscriptions.
• Provide ongoing support via WhatsApp and other channels, answering questions and resolving issues.
• Track activation and retention metrics and report insights to the product team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the internal system.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer‑facing roles such as customer success, support, onboarding or telesales.
• Warm, patient, highly organized with a strong follow‑up mindset.
• Excellent written communication in English and Kiswahili, especially via professional WhatsApp messaging.
• Diploma or degree required.
• Comfortable using smartphones and learning new applications quickly.
