About the role

Maersk is looking for a Customer Success Partner focused on Reefer and FMCG customers. You will develop long‑term relationships, ensure customers achieve their business outcomes with Maersk’s shipping and logistics solutions, and act as the main point of contact for inquiries.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with existing and potential customers, understanding their supply‑chain challenges.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing timely updates on trends, rate changes and policies.
  • Collaborate with the Reefer and FMCG Sales teams to support customer visits, engagements and contract fulfillment.
  • Monitor customer progress toward goals, driving adoption, usage and business value while addressing friction points.
  • Provide feedback to sales on opportunities and ensure smooth execution of ocean and landside contracts.

Required profile

  • Motivated professional with proven experience in supply‑chain or logistics environments.
  • Strong customer‑centric mindset with the ability to influence and advocate for client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally across the organization.
