Customer (Supplier) Support Associate – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

The Supplier (Customer) Support Associate will join Assent’s Supplier Support team in Eldoret, working onsite for a six‑month fixed‑term contract. Reporting to the Manager, Supplier Support, you will help gather critical compliance declarations and information from suppliers who have not responded to client requests.

Key responsibilities

• Contact suppliers via email, chat and conference calls to request compliance documentation.
• Assist suppliers in understanding and fulfilling compliance requests.
• Validate the quality and completeness of received documents.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and supplier responses.
• Escalate non‑responsive suppliers to the manager for further action.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to verify document quality.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑channel environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Eldoret for the contract duration.
