Data Analyst - Sales

About the role

The Sales Data Analyst will consolidate performance data from multiple sources, generate KPI reports, and support the sales team in achieving their targets. This role bridges analytics and sales operations, providing insights that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, improve and run procedures to gather business and product performance data from various sources.
• Report on business and product KPIs, forecast sales and capability needs.
• Collaborate with Key Accounts Manager, Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator and sales representatives to track targets.
• Develop KPI scorecards and monthly business KPI reports.
• Implement initiatives, track usage and revenue, and plan corrective actions.
• Champion CRM reporting and drive integration of systems to create a single customer view.
• Develop and maintain databases, data collection systems and analytics strategies.
• Provide business cases, performance feedback and sales trend analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Administration or a quantitative field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably supporting sales functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to simplify complex analytics into actionable recommendations.
• Proven problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and forecasting techniques.
• Skills in acquiring, cleaning, organizing and manipulating large data sets.
