Dating Coach (Customer Support) - Remote

About the role

Together Light is an international matchmaking company focused on building real connections and long-term relationships. It is looking for kind and caring people to join its Success Team as a full-time, remote Dating Coach (Customer Support) working as an independent contractor. The role involves guiding members through the platform and app, handling support and sales calls, and setting appointments for other company services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultations and provide support to members.
• Provide a troubleshooting guide for navigating the platform and the CF app.
• Take care of customers' concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Handle sales calls.
• Act as appointment setter for the company's other services.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience providing customer support and technical support by phone or chat.
• 1 to 2 years of customer support experience, including a positive phone manner.
• Very good spoken and written English, able to explain internal processes clearly and professionally.
• Empathy and professionalism with clients, even during delays or concerns.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, manage several tasks while speaking with members and update records accurately, and follow company processes carefully.

Required skills

• Computer literacy and use of internal tools such as the Admin Panel, Zoho Voice and Google Sheets.
• Proactive problem solving and ability to work independently.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM (typing test required before applying).
