Debt Recovery Specialist – 100% Remote

About the role

Unifin Inc is seeking a motivated Debt Recovery Specialist to join its global BPO team. This 100% remote position focuses on contacting clients, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts while maintaining professional relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts using a dialer system.
• Communicate clearly and courteously to encourage payment and resolve disputes.
• Document interactions and update account information in the CRM.
• Adhere to collection laws and company policies throughout the process.
• Meet or exceed performance targets and commission goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 9 months experience in BPO collections handling international accounts.
• Proven account management experience.
• Familiarity with collection regulations and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable home office meeting specified hardware and internet requirements.
