Delivery Lead – Accounting & Financial Reporting (US Shift)

About the role

The incumbent will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the Clients Corporate Accounting & Reporting function for companies and SPCs, primarily incorporated in the Cayman Islands. The role includes overseeing the preparation of financial statements, managing the accounting system, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee corporate accounting and reporting for Cayman‑incorporated entities and SPCs.
• Design, maintain, and own the chart of accounts for fund structures.
• Act as system owner/sponsor for the company’s accounting and reporting platform.
• Prepare, review and publish financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Resolve accounting and reporting issues in line with strategic objectives and GAAP.
• Produce ad‑hoc financial reports as required.
• Provide finance and payment support to other departments and managers.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, supplying necessary information.
• Collaborate with service‑provider teams to ensure smooth day‑to‑day finance operations.
• Safeguard confidential and commercially sensitive information.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and internal policies (AML, CTF, sanctions, data protection, fraud control, whistle‑blowing, conflict of interest, insider dealing).

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and maintaining a chart of accounts for fund entities.
• Strong foundation in financial accounting within investment management.
• Direct experience with corporate accounting and reporting for Cayman‑based structures.
• Fluency in English.
