Delivery Manager – ERP & SaaS Solutions

About the role

Own end‑to‑end delivery of ERP, SaaS, enterprise and digital transformation solutions for multiple clients, ensuring fast, consistent and high‑quality implementations at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Delivery Ownership & Governance – manage the full delivery lifecycle from kickoff to stabilization and enforce timelines.
• Multi‑Project & Multi‑Client Execution – run several implementations concurrently, prioritize work streams and ensure zero idle time.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement – lead kickoffs, steering committees, set expectations and act as primary contact for strategic clients.
• Team Leadership & Coordination – supervise implementation, support and technical teams, allocate resources and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Systems & Process Management – ensure effective use of ERP, ticketing, CRM and service‑management tools and drive process standardisation.
• Reporting & Analytics – track delivery metrics, prepare reports for management and analyse trends for improvement.
• Stakeholder Management – liaise with internal departments and external partners to guarantee seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years experience in delivery, implementation or operations management of ERP, SaaS or digital transformation projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations.
• Strong coordination and execution capability.
• Experience with Agile, Hybrid or enterprise delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
