Deputy General Manager – Quality

About the role

The Deputy General Manager – Quality will lead quality management and continuous improvement across Bliss Healthcare’s services in Nairobi. The role focuses on patient safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quality management across all healthcare services.
• Develop and implement quality improvement systems.
• Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support accreditation processes and regulatory compliance.
• Promote patient safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS or MBChB) from a recognised institution.
• Second‑level qualification in Healthcare Administration or Management.
• Minimum five years’ experience in healthcare quality, clinical governance or management.
• Proven leadership in audits, SOPs, CAPA, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive performance.
