Design-Led Frontend Builder

About the role

The Design-Led Frontend Builder will create polished, user‑friendly digital products from concept through to near‑completion, preparing them for backend integration and production. You will blend strong frontend development expertise with UX/UI sensibility to deliver intuitive applications, marketing websites, and customer‑facing experiences while upholding high standards of usability, branding, and visual quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build responsive frontend applications from concept to production‑ready handoff.
• Transform product ideas into functional user interfaces with minimal direction.
• Develop reusable UI components and scalable frontend architecture.
• Apply consistent branding across applications, websites, and marketing assets.
• Create intuitive user experiences focused on usability and visual quality.
• Build marketing websites and lead‑generation flows as needed.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Maintain high standards for accessibility, performance, and design consistency.

Required profile

• 4+ years of frontend development experience with a strong UX/UI focus.
• Portfolio demonstrating modern web applications and product design.
• Experience using AI‑assisted development tools such as Claude Code or similar.
• Ability to work independently from concept to working prototype.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Willingness to work the shift 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM EAT.
