Digital Growth, Community & Partnerships Lead

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Growth, Community & Partnerships Lead to drive our online presence and build meaningful collaborations in Kenya. The role combines social media management, content creation, SEO, and partnership development to increase traffic, leads and sales for our healthcare‑focused brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and WhatsApp channels, creating engaging posts, short‑form videos and campaigns.
• Grow a relevant Kenyan audience and foster active community interaction.
• Improve website visibility through on‑page SEO and regular content updates.
• Handle online customer inquiries and nurture community relationships.
• Identify and secure partnerships with creators, women’s groups, pharmacies, clinics, NGOs, retailers and other relevant organisations.
• Design and execute campaigns that generate traffic, enquiries, leads and sales.
• Monitor performance metrics and deliver regular progress reports.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in digital marketing, social media growth, community building or e‑commerce.
• Demonstrated measurable results from previous campaigns.
• Strong written and spoken English and Swahili.
• Comfortable approaching potential partners and collaborators.
• Independent, proactive and able to build processes from scratch.

Required skills

• Video editing for short‑form content.
• Basic SEO knowledge.
• Digital analytics and performance tracking.
