Digital Impact Officer (Technology for Development)

About the role

The Digital Impact Officer will support UNICEF's Digital Impact Division by managing the TeamOne advisory service, monitoring requests, analysing usage, and linking programme teams with the right digital expertise. The role also contributes to scaling digital, data and AI solutions to strengthen programme delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and improve TeamOne digital advisory service, including request tracking and service level management.
• Analyse user feedback and usage data to refine workflows and guidance.
• Connect programme teams with appropriate digital, data and AI experts.
• Support knowledge management and capacity‑building initiatives for digital solutions.
• Assist in identifying, assessing and scaling sustainable digital, data and AI solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Transformation, ICT Management, Computer Science, Innovation, Digital Development, International Development or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in ICT4D within a large international organization.
• Experience designing and implementing large‑scale technical solutions, coordinating vendors, and supporting business analysis, budgets, contracts and procurement.
• Exposure to UNICEF, UN or INGO programme areas such as health, nutrition, child protection or education.
