Digital Marketing and Advanced Graphic Design Specialist

About the role

Reporting to the Marketing Strategy Lead and under the oversight of the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will drive digital marketing initiatives and create advanced graphic assets that reflect the luxury standards of Fairmont and Accor.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain website content, SEO and AEO requirements across property sites.
• Set up, monitor and optimise paid‑search and paid‑social campaigns within budget and brand guidelines.
• Create advanced, brand‑compliant visual assets in Adobe Creative Cloud for brochures, itineraries, trade collateral and digital channels.
• Retouch imagery, edit short‑form videos and ensure all outputs meet luxury‑brand standards before publication.
• Maintain project trackers, version control and ensure accurate rates, dates and booking terms in all materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and advanced graphic design with a professional portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and video tools such as Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Hands‑on experience with website content‑management, responsive design and conversion optimisation.
• Working knowledge of SEO, AEO, metadata, analytics and paid‑search/social campaign management.
• Excellent English, proofreading, project‑management and version‑control skills.
