Digital Marketing & Communication Associate

About the role

Pinch Africa is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing and Communication Associate to shape content strategy, brand storytelling, and digital engagement for both the agency and its clients. You will lead multi‑channel communication initiatives that build brand equity, grow communities, and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital communication and social media strategies, including cross‑platform content calendars aligned with client goals.
• Create, write, and oversee high‑impact content—copy, graphics, video, and interactive media—while maintaining distinct brand voices across client accounts.
• Manage end‑to‑end paid social campaigns, handling audience targeting, A/B testing, budget allocation, and ad creative optimization.
• Monitor, analyze, and interpret cross‑channel analytics, translating metrics into strategic insights and executive‑ready monthly reports.
• Oversee community management, driving proactive engagement, audience growth, crisis communications, and reputation management.
• Collaborate with design, development, and account teams and act as a trusted communications advisor to client stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in digital communications, public relations, social media management, or content strategy within an agency or fast‑paced corporate environment.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual storytelling abilities with a proven record of crafting action‑driving copy.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing competing deadlines independently.
