About the role

Join Mrinsurance_ke as a full‑time, on‑site Digital Marketing Intern in Nairobi. You will support daily digital marketing activities, helping to create and publish content that promotes the company’s insurance services across social media and online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating, and publishing social media content.
• Support campaign execution and monitor engagement metrics.
• Respond to basic customer inquiries under supervision.
• Track key performance indicators and gather data from web analytics tools.
• Prepare simple performance reports for the marketing team.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams on brand‑awareness initiatives.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends relevant to the insurance sector.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Strong foundation in digital, online and social media marketing.
• Basic knowledge of web analytics and comfort working with data.
• Effective written and spoken English communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and collaborate in an on‑site team.

Required skills

• Canva (or similar graphic design tool).
• Web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
