About the role

TechBiz Programmers KE is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing/Social Media Executive to lead digital campaigns for the company and its clients. You will shape social media strategies, create engaging content, and analyse performance to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for multiple clients.
• Manage and grow client social media accounts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content aligned with brand objectives.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid social media campaigns.
• Monitor trends, analytics, and engagement insights using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite.
• Report on social media performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams on broader marketing initiatives.
• Optimise content for SEO and platform algorithms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Strong writing, editing, and content creation abilities.
• Creative, strategic, and results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and projects efficiently.
• Solid understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and analytics.
