Digital Product Designer & Marketer

About the role

Inceptor Technologies Ltd is looking for a creative and commercially minded Digital Product Designer & Marketer in Nairobi, Kenya, to design, package and market high-value digital products. The role combines design, content strategy and digital marketing so that ideas, knowledge and content become products that sell consistently. It is a full-time, flexible position (hybrid or remote-friendly).

Key responsibilities

• Design and package digital products such as eBooks, tutorial videos, guides, templates, courses and toolkits.
• Create product visuals: covers, thumbnails, mockups, landing-page assets and social creatives.
• Structure digital products for clarity, usability and customer value, improving their presentation.
• Develop and run go-to-market strategies for digital products.
• Create and optimise sales pages, funnels and calls-to-action.
• Promote products through social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X), email and SEO.
• Write or collaborate on product descriptions and ad copy, and analyse performance metrics to improve sales and engagement.

Required profile

• Experience in digital product creation, design or marketing.
• Ability to package information into sellable digital formats.
• Nice to have: experience with e-commerce or digital marketplaces, selling or reselling digital products, and knowledge of the Kenyan or African digital market.

Required skills

• Design with tools such as Canva, Figma or Adobe Suite.
• Digital marketing, online sales and conversion optimisation.
• Social media marketing and content strategy.
• Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking.
