About the role
Mogo Kenya Limited is seeking energetic Direct Sales Agents to promote its Logbook Loan and car financing products across Kenya. You will work directly with customers, guiding them through the application process and helping them secure affordable vehicle financing.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients in assigned territories.
- Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
- Assist customers with completing loan applications and required documentation.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Update client information in the CRM system and report sales activity regularly.
Required profile
- High school certificate, diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Finance or a related field.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience using CRM software.
