Direct Sales Representative – Garissa

About the role

Premier Bank is looking for energetic Direct Sales Representatives to expand its footprint in Garissa. You will be responsible for promoting the bank’s products and services, acquiring new customers, and re‑activating dormant accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Actively sell and cross‑sell banking products to new and existing customers.
• Persuade prospects to open accounts and follow up on dormant or unfunded accounts.
• Maintain and update the customer sales database, ensuring timely follow‑up on referrals.
• Conduct market research during field assignments and report insights to sales managers.
• Support marketing activations and campaigns for new products.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and track the sales pipeline.
• Deliver presentations to potential customers to communicate the benefits of Premier Bank accounts.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Diploma in Sales & Marketing; a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Public Relations is preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year relevant sales experience with a proven results‑oriented track record.
• Strong sales, business development and customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of bank products, KYC and account‑opening requirements.
