Business Development Manager – Garissa

About the role

Inkomoko Kenya is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead its programming in Garissa. The role will drive client onboarding, service delivery and partnership building to expand impact for entrepreneurs in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for Inkomoko’s programming in Garissa.
• Lead client onboarding and ensure delivery of services to meet impact targets.
• Manage schedules, budgets and KPIs, raising concerns and creating solutions to overcome barriers.
• Elevate trends and insights to senior management to inform program improvements.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for the Regional Program Director.
• Cooperate closely with the Program Manager on activities and team performance.
• Incorporate lessons learned from monitoring and evaluation into new solutions for impact and efficiency.
• Coordinate with the Investment Department to decrease risk for the company.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions to enhance performance and client satisfaction.
• Represent Inkomoko in Garissa, fostering partnerships with local stakeholders and ensuring program alignment with organizational goals.

Required profile

• Qualified Business Development professional with experience in program leadership.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve performance targets.
• Strong analytical skills to translate trends into program improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
