Director of Product

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Product to lead a fast‑growing product organization that enables enterprises and platforms to sell merchandise on demand. The role is fully remote and will shape product strategy, execution quality, and business outcomes across the entire commerce experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own a compelling product strategy aligned with company goals and customer needs, translating it into roadmaps, success metrics, and execution plans.
• Drive product outcomes across the full customer journey, measuring impact on activation, conversion, retention, monetization, engagement, and satisfaction.
• Identify high‑leverage opportunities for merchants and buyers, balancing short‑term impact with long‑term platform scalability and differentiation.
• Lead the AI transformation agenda, pinpointing and incubating AI‑powered features such as smarter creation, personalization, recommendation, automation, and quality control.
• Partner with engineering, data, design, research, operations, legal, and business teams to ensure AI initiatives are feasible, ethical, measurable, and trust‑centric.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product organizations at a senior level, preferably in commerce or SaaS environments.
• Strong track record of turning market insights, customer needs, and emerging technologies into clear product direction.
• Demonstrated ability to align cross‑functional teams and deliver measurable business impact.
• Experience guiding AI adoption within product teams, ensuring ethical and customer‑focused outcomes.
