Dispatch Specialist

About the role

Twyford International Kenya Ltd. is looking for a detail‑oriented Dispatch Specialist to join its Transport & Logistics team in Kajiado. The role involves coordinating daily dispatch operations, ensuring accurate documentation, and facilitating timely delivery of finished goods to customers and distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities, verify sales orders, delivery notes, invoices and picking lists.
• Work with warehouse staff to ensure correct products and quantities are picked, verified and loaded.
• Liaise with sales teams, transporters, drivers and customers to ensure on‑time deliveries.
• Monitor delivery schedules, follow up on delayed or incomplete shipments, and reconcile dispatched quantities with approved orders.
• Update dispatch records in ERP systems (including SAP) and prepare accurate dispatch reports.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, loading errors, damaged goods and other dispatch‑related issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse operations, logistics or distribution.
• Experience with dispatch documentation, stock movement control and delivery coordination.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using SAP or other ERP/Warehouse Management Systems.
