District Representative III – Water Technology Sales

About the role

Join Nalco Water, a leader in water technology, as a District Representative III. You will drive revenue and profit growth by delivering consultative sales and system assurance programs to customers in Kenya’s food and beverage sector.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and execute sales plans for existing accounts and competitively‑held targets to meet profit goals.
• Build strong relationships with plant and facility executives, understanding their business needs.
• Provide technical support, perform system analysis, interpret data and deliver written recommendations.
• Promote and sell Nalco Water innovations and technologies to strengthen long‑term partnerships.
• Collaborate with the technical service team to resolve customer challenges and escalate when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (engineering preferred).
• Experience in technical or field sales support.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
