District Sales Manager – Iowa/Nebraska

About the role
The District Sales Manager will lead and inspire a team of sales representatives across Iowa and Nebraska, driving revenue for Cynosure’s medical aesthetics portfolio. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, supporting reps, and ensuring customers receive top‑level service.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives for all product lines within the territory.
- Lead and assist with closing business opportunities and manage day‑to‑day issues for reps and customers.
- Support the Regional Sales Manager with budgeting, event logistics, and program planning.
- Forecast monthly and quarterly sales across product categories.
- Drive purposeful prospecting and lead generation throughout the region.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within medical aesthetics or related healthcare sectors.
- Strong ability to manage a territory, coach representatives, and build customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
