DJ Social Media & Content Specialist

About the role

The client is a solo DJ/producer seeking a creative partner to own and execute their entire social media presence. Working independently on a part‑time basis, you will turn live‑show and studio footage into engaging posts, keep a two‑week content calendar full, and guide the artist on what to capture to maintain a steady flow of material.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a social‑media content strategy that reflects the DJ’s unique brand.
• Edit raw video from performances and studio sessions into polished, scroll‑stopping content.
• Build and maintain a content calendar with posts prepared at least two weeks in advance.
• Advise the artist on filming needs to ensure a continuous pipeline of fresh material.
• Write compelling captions and schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Monitor music‑industry trends to keep content fresh and relevant.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating video‑based social media content.
• Strong understanding of the DJ/electronic‑music community, especially on Instagram.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Passion for music and the electronic‑music scene is a plus.
