Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

About the role

The client is scaling Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the organisation and needs an in‑house developer to build and maintain the Customer Engagement solution. You will work closely with departmental key users and functional leads to turn business needs into technical solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document functional and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Produce Technical Design Documents, solution specifications and effort estimates.
• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
• Develop plug‑ins, custom workflow activities and assemblies using C#/.NET.
• Create JavaScript/TypeScript web resources, PCF controls and Power Apps (model‑driven and canvas).
• Design and extend the Dataverse data model, including tables, relationships and security roles.
• Build integrations with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and other systems via Web API, Dual‑write, Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
• Manage solution lifecycle, packaging, deployment and ongoing support.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (approximately 3 years) with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Experience working in an agile, collaborative environment with key users and functional consultants.
