Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Consultant to join our newly created European team. You will be responsible for integrating customers’ D365 F&O systems with the TecCom platform, delivering end‑to‑end order‑to‑invoice solutions for the automotive aftermarket.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of our ISV solution, connecting D365 F&O with the TecCom platform.
• Manage customer projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and with high satisfaction.
• Analyse requirements, validate business processes and design solutions that follow TecAlliance standards.
• Act as a trusted advisor during pre‑sales, workshops, training and ongoing consulting.
• Resolve complex functional support cases and drive continuous improvement of deployed solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Development to provide functional expertise, refine requirements and define new product features.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in technical consulting, project management or product implementation.
• Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or Dynamics AX) covering Sales & Marketing, Procurement & Sourcing, Product Information Management, Inventory Management and Warehouse Management.
• Knowledge of EDI or similar integration technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to build trust with customers and manage expectations.
• Business‑fluent English (B2 level or higher); additional languages are a plus.
