E-commerce Digital Media Buyer (Shopify & Email Marketing)

About the role

Our client, a long‑standing natural hair‑care brand, is looking for a hands‑on Digital Media Buyer to own paid‑media strategy and execution for three consumer brands. Working remotely in the EST time zone, you will launch, optimise and report on Meta and Google campaigns while also managing email automation on Klaviyo.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, including Shopping and Merchant Center feeds.
• Develop monthly and quarterly media plans aligned with product launches, retail promotions and seasonal calendars.
• Allocate and scale budgets across brands, monitor performance and recommend adjustments.
• Maintain a paid‑media calendar and coordinate timing with email and organic marketing activities.
• Create and manage automated email flows using Klaviyo or a comparable platform.
• Provide creative briefs, monitor creative fatigue and run structured creative tests.
• Deliver clear performance reports and communicate optimisation recommendations to the founder.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Shopify stores and running independent paid‑media accounts on Meta and Google.
• Hands‑on expertise with Klaviyo (or similar) email automation.
• Data‑driven decision‑making and ability to work autonomously.
• Strong communication skills for reporting and budget discussions.
