E‑commerce Coordinator – Remote Dropshipping Specialist

About the role

You will serve as the operational backbone of a brand‑new dropshipping e‑commerce business, owning the end‑to‑end launch and ongoing management of the online store across beauty, travel attire, and health & wellness verticals. This remote, high‑ownership position works directly with the business owner to shape the brand from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify high‑potential products using sales data and trend analysis.
• Set up and configure dropshipping platforms, create product listings, categories, and branding elements.
• Integrate and manage supplier connections to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Maintain a visually cohesive storefront aligned with brand identity.
• Handle day‑to‑day operations: inventory updates, pricing adjustments, and customer support.
• Evaluate e‑commerce platform options and recommend the best fit.

Required profile

• Proven experience setting up and managing dropshipping e‑commerce stores.
• Strong understanding of product sourcing from international suppliers.
• Ability to conduct market research and present clear, decision‑ready findings.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written communication for customer‑facing interactions.
