About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position in Nairobi County involves engaging clients to provide tailored insurance solutions, guiding them through policy selection and acquisition.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with clients to offer customized insurance products and advice.
- Maintain accurate client records and handle policy renewals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in client engagement and relationship building.
- ECOP or COP qualification in insurance is mandatory; additional certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of law‑enforcement processes is advantageous for regulatory compliance.
Required skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication abilities.
- Problem‑solving mindset and proactive approach to meet targets.
