Education Sales Associate

About the role

Crimson Global Academy is seeking an Education Sales Associate to join its fast‑growing EMEA team. This full‑time remote position will be the first point of contact for prospective families, helping them discover the academy’s online learning opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Represent CGA’s values and strengths as the initial contact for prospective students and families.
• Engage new leads, schedule appointments for the Admissions Team, and conduct high‑volume outreach via phone, email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
• Continuously refine sales techniques, processes, and industry knowledge.
• Share insights and trends with the EMEA Sales & Marketing team and other key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Fluency in English (additional European or Middle Eastern languages are a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Strong ability to build rapport quickly, persuade, and deliver value.
• High drive, resilience, and a growth mindset suited to a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort with using CRM tools; familiarity with HubSpot is advantageous.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or similar CRM platform).
