Embedded Systems Development Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an innovative Embedded Systems Development Engineer to design, program, and integrate the hardware‑software platforms that power our products. You will own the full firmware architecture, from low‑level drivers to system optimisation for industrial control applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop robust embedded firmware for a range of microcontrollers and processors.
• Integrate sensors, communication modules and peripherals into cohesive hardware systems.
• Perform rigorous debugging, testing and code optimisation to ensure stability and reliability.
• Collaborate with PCB and hardware teams to guarantee design compatibility and manufacturability.
• Maintain clear code documentation, prepare validation reports and support international product certification.
• Assist R&D in reducing power consumption and improving processing efficiency for new designs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or Embedded Systems Engineering.
• 3–7 years of professional experience in firmware development and hardware integration.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to debug complex hardware‑software interactions.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in C/C++.
• Experience with Embedded Linux and Real‑Time Operating Systems (RTOS).
• Hands‑on work with microcontrollers/processors such as ARM, AVR, PIC, STM32.
• Expert‑level debugging using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and simulation tools.
• Deep understanding of low‑level hardware‑software interaction and product reliability testing.
