Endpoint Solutions Architect

About the role

The Endpoint Solutions Architect is a senior technical leader responsible for defining and executing the strategy, architecture, and operational excellence of the organization’s end‑user computing environment. This role ensures a secure, reliable, and modern workplace experience for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage device provisioning, configuration, compliance, patching, and lifecycle processes.
• Own operational management of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Group Policy.
• Administer modern application delivery platforms and software deployment pipelines.
• Lead technology modernization initiatives aligned with the digital workplace strategy.
• Evaluate, test, and select hardware and software solutions in partnership with vendors.
• Collaborate with Information Security to enforce identity governance and endpoint protection controls.
• Drive automation, self‑service capabilities, and continuous improvement of reliability and security.
• Develop OS deployment, software packaging, and update strategies across all supported devices.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience leading endpoint management and digital workplace programs.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical standards and scalable solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills with infrastructure, security, service desk, and business stakeholders.
• Track record of managing vendor relationships and technology partnerships.

Required skills

• Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administration.
• Group Policy management.
• Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Windows OS deployment tools (MDT, WDS) and software packaging.
• Endpoint protection solutions (e.g., Microsoft Defender).
• Identity governance and security compliance.
• Azure cloud services.
