Engagement Manager – Global Health Advisory

About the role

The Engagement Manager will support global health clients in planning, coordinating and executing multi‑stakeholder programs, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and strategic insights.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and execution of complex programs for global health clients, acting as part of client‑facing PMO structures.
• Conduct LMIC market and landscape analyses, develop value propositions and go‑to‑market strategies tailored to low‑ and middle‑income contexts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and diverse LMIC stakeholders, representing the team in external engagements.

Required profile

• A BS/BA in Public Health, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience in LMIC healthcare settings, preferably in consulting, global health or life sciences, with proven project‑management and analytical abilities.
• Strong research, analysis and synthesis skills, able to translate complex information into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration experience with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
