Engineering Manager - Partners

About the role

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a high‑impact team that builds and scales a platform ecosystem for external developers and technology partners. The role blends people leadership, technical oversight, and strategic execution across developer‑facing products, integration frameworks, and partner enablement tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams responsible for partner‑facing products, APIs, and ecosystem services.
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery with a focus on quality, reliability, scalability, and timely execution.
• Coach, mentor, and develop engineers through performance management and career growth planning.
• Provide technical leadership by reviewing architecture decisions and supporting sound engineering practices.
• Champion developer experience through stable APIs, clear documentation, and reliable integrations.
• Collaborate with Product teams to shape roadmaps, manage priorities, and mitigate risks.
• Promote operational excellence via monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement.
• Build and scale high‑performing teams through hiring, onboarding, and talent development.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing software engineering teams with responsibility for delivery and team development.
• Strong technical background capable of evaluating architecture, system design, scalability, and maintainability.
• Experience building and operating developer platforms, APIs, integration frameworks, or ecosystem‑based products.
• Ability to lead in autonomous, fast‑paced environments and navigate ambiguity.
• Deep understanding of software development best practices and operational excellence.
