Enterprise Product Manager – Business Mobility

About the role

The Enterprise Product Manager – Business Mobility will shape the regional prepaid and postpaid product strategy, define a three‑year roadmap and drive the end‑to‑end lifecycle of business mobility solutions across multiple operating companies.

Key responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on market research, competitive analysis and customer feedback.
• Lead product launches, go‑to‑market plans and sales enablement for new capabilities such as eSIM, 5G slicing, roaming, eCare and spam detection.
• Collaborate with Network, IT, Digital and external partners to deliver new features while ensuring regulatory flexibility.
• Monitor product KPIs (GA, REC, ARPU, usage, churn, NPS, EBITDA) and implement improvements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Own pricing, packaging, business cases and profitability models; support sales with positioning and technical presentations.
• Benchmark competition, identify emerging technologies and gather customer insights to drive product optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration; Master’s or MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in telecom product management, especially prepaid/postpaid mobility, pricing and multi‑country operations.
• Strong background in product lifecycle management and commercial strategy.
• Broad technical knowledge of managed GSM networks and 4G/5G protocols.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
