About the role
Weetabix East Africa Ltd is seeking a data‑driven professional to join its factory team in Nairobi. The Entry‑Level Data Analyst will support production efficiency, quality and decision‑making by collecting, analysing and interpreting operational data.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate and analyse factory and operational data.
- Prepare regular production and performance reports and develop dashboards.
- Identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
- Approximately 1 year of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting or business intelligence.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on‑site in a factory/industrial environment and eligibility to work in Kenya.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel (advanced proficiency).
- Power BI or other data‑visualisation tools (advantage).
- SQL and Python (added advantage).
