Environment Manager – CEAP Lead Expert

About the role

The Environment Manager (CEAP) will lead the delivery of Environmental Impact Assessments, Environmental Audits and Effluent Discharge Assessments for Green Kenya Investment Corporation. This senior position combines technical consultancy, project management and business development across Kenya.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement consultancy software templates that meet NEMA regulations.
• Prepare monthly work plans, performance matrices and budgets with a variance limit of 10%.
• Drive a national environmental marketing and promotional campaign through extensive networks.
• Produce timely and accurate environmental assessment reports.
• Identify tender opportunities and submit monthly applications after thorough consultations.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure prompt engagement with project proponents.
• Create weekly content such as blogs, letters, emails, advertisements and articles.
• Present environmental products through documentaries, presentations and client pitching sessions.
• Compile and present monthly performance evaluation reports.
• Lead corporate social responsibility initiatives and perform any additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Valid Lead Expert License.
• Driver’s license.
• Current EIK membership certificate.
• Demonstrated proficiency in at least five AI‑related applications.
